Areas of Training
BASKETBALL CAMPS AND CLINICS
Camps and clinics will provide the highest level of basketball training while maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere. Participants will learn to master the fundamentals as well as develop the skills required to become an elite play maker. They will also be taught flexibility, core, balance, strength, speed agility and quickness, which will help increase level of play and decrease injury risk for any sport.
TEAM TRAINING
Bring in your entire basketball team to go through a training session focused on increasing overall athleticism, team drills, situational drills, and drills to increase your knowledge of the game.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Groups of 4 or less people train as a group in a fun and competitive atmosphere.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Private training sessions enable the participant to receive an individualized training program which is specific to their needs as an athlete.
